Electric Vehicle Battery Recycling and Reuse Fund
Official title: A2032 — Establishes "Electric Vehicle Battery Repurposing Fund" to support repurposing, remanufacturing, and recycling of electric vehicle batteries; dedicates amounts based on certain sales of electric vehicles.
